Customers requested and we’re adding this payment option to provide another convenient way to pay water/sewer utility bills through our website or through a secure automated phone system. Customers will be able to pay their bill with a credit card, debit card, or electronic check from wherever they are, 24-hours a day. Customers who use this new system will be charged a small transaction fee by the payment processing vendor, Paymentus. Low-income Discount Water/Sewer rates. To apply for the District’s Low-income Discount rates, you can download Low Income Application Form (Effective July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012) or call our Customer Service staff to request an application form to be mailed to you. Customers need to have household income below defined maximum levels by household size to qualify for the reduced rates. The maximum income levels needed to qualify are listed on the application form, along with instructions for completing the application process.
Unfortunately, the District’s present billing system doesn’t offer Internet access to customer account information. Because we recognize the added benefit/convenience that this could mean for customers, the District hopes to acquire a system with this capability when we replace our current billing software sometime within the next several years. |
